Shipping policy

  1. Delivery Timescales: Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (contiguous 48 US states); Economy Shipping: 7–15 business days (delays possible for remote areas). Note: The above timeframes exclude customs clearance time; delivery may be delayed during holidays or promotional seasons (e.g., Black Friday and Christmas).
  2. Returns and After-Sales: Return Policy: Buyers may request a return within 30 days (items must be unused and in intact packaging). Returns within the contiguous US: Seller provides a prepaid return label. International returns: Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer, or a partial refund may be negotiated.
